今天(2016年1月1日)是我与太太素爱结婚28周年前夕。今早闲空，心血来潮，翻箱倒柜，找出当年婚姻登记、迎亲、设宴和婚纱照等照片，缅怀之馀，更选择部分照片，扫描存档，并上载于此，以庆祝此纪念日。当年并无电脑和部落格，今日可拜科技所赐之福！

1987年11月15日在吉隆坡十五碑锡兰佛寺 (Buddhist Maha Vihara, Brickfields) 进行婚姻登记:

2016年1月2日随笔 (Noted on 2^nd Janurary, 2016):

我对今日28年结婚周年纪念日的感想是，虽然28的年份非长，但亦不短，实在弥足珍贵，值得感恩。身边的亲友，有不幸离婚，有配偶早逝，未能白头偕老，不无遗憾！愿大家珍惜缘分，致力于巩固婚姻的殿堂，至死方休！

My reflection on my 28th wedding anniversary which falls on today is, although the period of 28 years is not really long, it is not short either, hence it is precious and worthy of gratitude. There are friends and relatives whose marriages regrettably ended up in divorce, or whose spouses passed away early. May all my other friends and relatives cherish the bond of marriage with their beloved half till death do they part.
